Alron Roofing LLC

An Alron Roofing canvasser will work with a team to bring brand awareness to homeowners in targeted marketing areas. Our canvassers must represent our brand in a professional manner by being well-groomed, well-spoken, and outgoing with a great attitude. There is no prior experience needed and excellent training is provided. Our canvassers do not sell our product, they simply set appointments for a complimentary roof inspection.

What we need from you
• Willingness to learn
• Provide daily reports of leads/appointments
• Complete necessary paperwork and email correspondence
• Attend team meetings
• Maintain communication with the call center and sales team

Requirements
• Minimum 18 years of age
• Must have a valid drivers license
• Previous experience in customer service or sales roles preferred but not required. We will train you!
• Comfortable working in an unsupervised environment
• Ability to effectively utilize basic selling techniques
• Be able to walk for at least 6 hours in different weather conditions
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, if needed
• Dress Code: company provided shirt and/or jacket, khaki pants or shorts

Compensation - FULL TIME 40 HOURS A WEEK
$10.00 HOURLY per hour
$5.00 BONUS per inspection appointment you make
$100.00 BONUS per signed contract you lead
