"I met Frankie at a local Ben Moore when he overheard my conversation about my horrible experience with a local drywalling company and the state they left my walls in, and how all of my paint was bubbling and peeling. Frankie was so kind and selflessly offered his time to come over to inspect the situation. He came the next day with a Ben Moore paint rep and they both, at no charge, took their time with a heavy eye for detail, inspected my walls and offered some solutions I may want to try. Let me tell you how refreshing it was to be treated with such respect and generosity.
I’ve had unfortunate occurrences with one Contractor after another down here in the Rockledge area; all of them taking my money and leaving me with an unfinished job or work that needs to be repaired, and I have had no opinion, other than utter disgust and disrespect Florida contractors— and then the Lord introduced me to Frankie! As, he was leaving he offered his services if I needed anything in the future, I’m pointed me in the direction for self-help in the meantime. He could have easily told me things like there’s nothing except for professional intervention, or advise me on spending more money and only his company, but he did not! While offering his services if I do need help, he didn’t even charge me for his time while at my home. I’m blown away at his honest generosity!
