Notice the dark spots on the roof? 👀
The black dirty areas are where rain water ponds.
Installing a tapered iso system would correct these issues and increase the slope of the roof so the water sheds off the roof✔️. It’s also important to run any condensation lines from hvac units off the roof as well.
The last photo shown is tapered iso. It also increases the insulation R value which SAVES on cooling costs🗣️

Rustoleum primer is a bleed blocker and increases adhesion properties. This is a great option for prolonging the life expectancy of a low slope roofing system that may have otherwise been nearing the end of its useful life. This option also saves time and money not having to remove the old roofing system and also eliminates the vulnerability of water intrusion from rain when a roof is removed and wide open to the elements.
