The master plan was designed by Arquitectonica | Architecture, with Pascual, Perez, Kiliddjian, Starr serving as the project architect and Plusurbia Design leading the urban planning. Every great project begins with the right collaborators.

Founded in 1975, the Office for Metropolitan Architecture (OMA NY), led by Pritzker Prize-winning architect Rem Koolhaas, has spent decades shaping some of the world’s most influential buildings and urban environments.

For Park Grove, Koolhaas approached the project with a deep respect for Coconut Grove’s history, geography, and natural landscape. The result is a trio of sculptural towers whose organic forms respond to their surroundings, reflecting Terra’s shared belief that great architecture should be rooted in place.
