This was such a fun remodel. This place needed to be jacked up and re-supported in the middle. The north wall could move 4 to 5 inches when we started. Complete gut it out and replace everything. New roofing, new siding, new insulation, new drywall, tile, custom post's and beams. Added shed dormers with all new windows. Decks, concrete and rocked steps, custom cutting board island countertop and breakfast nook. We did it all but the roofing.

So the bathroom remodel on the river is almost complete. Just waiting on the shower glass but here are some pics of the fine work me and all the guys here at Cut Above Contracting did. Also a huge shout-out to Ryan at Dutch-Mill Cabinets for the fantastic craftsmanship on his cabinets. 👍👍 2 thumbs up all the way around.
