Laborer / Groundsman — $18–$22/hr DOE. Digging, backfilling, running pipe, setting tanks. You'll learn septic, sewer, water and excavation from guys who've done it a long time.

Year-round work. We don't cut the crew loose when it gets cold.

Bedding, grade, tank set — then it goes under the grass and you never think about it again. That's the whole point. The work you can't see is the work that decides whether the system lasts.
