J. Addington General Contractors, Inc. is excited to announce that we’ve been awarded a new renovation project at the University of Idaho! 🎓✨

Working with Idaho Division of Public Works and the University of Idaho, JAGC will renovate the historic Administration Building, originally constructed in the late 1800s.

The project will combine historic preservation with modern building infrastructure, including MEP, electrical, fire protection, IT, and access control upgrades, along with a significant renovation of the building’s main corridor featuring historically accurate doors, flooring, and windows.

We are proud to partner with Design West Architects on this unique project and help preserve an important piece of Idaho history while preparing the building for its future.

Work is anticipated to begin Fall 2026, with completion expected Spring 2027.

We are thrilled to officially announce that construction on the brand-new Idaho Central Credit Union (ICCU) Rathdrum Branch is officially complete!

From the pristine, freshly paved parking lot and beautiful new landscaping to the modern, state-of-the-art building design captured under the beautiful Pacific Northwest skies has been crafted with ICCU members in mind. Complete with drive-through lanes and signature vibrant digital signage, this branch is fully equipped to provide you with the exceptional service, convenience, and financial tools you deserve.

Exciting news for the Spokane community! 🏗️✨

We are thrilled to announce that we’ve officially been awarded the build for the new Spokane Teachers Credit Union (STCU) branch in the South Hill area of Spokane, WA!

This 5,000 sq. ft. project utilizes an existing foundation and kicks off with site demolition and concrete repairs. From there, our team will handle structural steel and wood framing, leading into a complete interior fit-out featuring custom casework, detailed finish trim, specialty installations, and state-of-the-art MEP systems.

We’re honored to partner with STCU to help expand their presence and serve the South Hill community with a top-tier space. Stay tuned for progress updates as construction gets underway! 🛠️📐

ICCU Rathdrum Branch: Progress Update!

Putting on the finishing touches! Big things are happening in Rathdrum! Construction on the new branch is nearing completion; we can’t wait to welcome you.

Check out the progress! The main building and parking are almost ready, the new monument sign is up with the final address, and the drive-thru ATM services are coming to life.
