•Be able to be on your feet for an extended period of time
•Follow directions first time given
•Work well with others/team player

This jobs entails, but not limited to:
✓digging
✓planting
✓wheeling wheelbarrows
✓lifting
✓shoveling
✓raking
✓trimming
✓pruning
✓mulching

Experience is not necessary, but definitely a plus and will be considered.

*Minimum starting wage is $10 per hour, but pay rate is dependent upon experience.

Transplanting trees can be a timely and tricky ordeal because you need to be sure you have a big enough root ball for the size of the tree. Once the appropriate sized root ball is dug then you need to be sure it stays together.

Drum lacing is a very aesthetically pleasing look, but it takes a lot of practice to ensure it's done properly. It's a really good technique for very large or odd shaped root balls.

Yesterday, we spent the day digging, drum lacing, and transplanting 5 large trees for a local hospital so they could expand their building.
