Hey everyone I would just like to say that I know we are living in a very dangerous and uncertain time right now but please don't forget that one of your main priorities is the safety of your family and with children being at home! and with the temperatures being low lots of space heaters and untidy rooms, more dangerous situations are arising than normal. Do not forget one of the most important things that you can do as far as safety in your home is egress windows. Making sure your loved ones in your basement have a safe exit from the home! please contact us for a free estimate at this time!

Unfortunately here is another example of a job that I bid for a customer then they decided to do it themselves and sadly the job was completely botched!! Notice the ground has completely settled around the well and is not flush. The well is also not securely anchored to the house and shifted to one side leaving a uncentred and very unattractive concrete foundation showing. There is no protective sealant or trim of any kind around the window allowing moisture and insects access to the house! There was also no gravel in the bottom of the well so water coming off the roof will splash up and make a muddy mess all over the window. Sometimes there is no substitute for a professional installation! Last but not least The Choice of a casement window is almost never a good idea!! Unfortunately casement windows add multiple steps to the process of getting out of your basement, definitely unsafe especially involving young children trying to get out!😫💔🤮🤨👎
