Branford driveway / sidewalk / porch complete! This job was for a very close family friend of mine. Grew up going to this beach house as a kid with a lot of great memories. Matt Colby from MTC Hardscapes and I teamed up to tackle this Stony Creek Quarry pink granite gravel driveway. We bordered the entire driveway with Belgium block cobbles and utilized Unilock Tribeca pavers for the driveway apron and for the sidewalk leading up to the front porch. For the porch we utilized Trex Company Transcend decking in Spiced rum with Color Guard Railing classic white railing. We wrapped the porch in white PVC trim for a super clean look! What a great face lift and awesome curb appeal!

Niantic Deck is complete! Here we have a Trex Company transcend, Deck, utilizing rainier and island mist decking. We utilized. Color Guard Railing railing with black aluminum balusters, and a cocktail rail. The entire deck was wrapped in white PVC trim for a super clean look. Very happy with the final product and the customer will have a beautiful outdoor area to enjoy for years to come.

Stepping back and reflecting on 2025. It’s pretty amazing how far KM’s Construction LLC has come.
After stepping out on my own just under 5 years ago, to where we are now is not only a blessing, but a dream come true. To be able to provide the kind of service and product to my customers that I would expect from a contractor has been the pinnacle of our success. Quality, professionalism and transparency are the core values that we have built off of.
I’d like to personally thank everyone who has helped us along the way. From our fantastic customers to our friends and family that have given us a recommendation/like/share, we appreciate you all.
