Footing day! 18 easy holes!

A bit late again on posting this but here is the photo dump of our victoria dr deck build out here in Colchester!
Keep scrolling to see the before!
This was a collaboration with MTC Hardscapes LLC in true fashion!
We removed the failing upper deck and the rotting lower deck and decided to go with a lower patio instead.
The upper deck is a small but stout 12x10 deck using Deckorators voyage series tundra decking with Dark slate picture frame, stair risers and fascia. We secured our decking with FastenMaster zip clip hidden fastener system and also utilized Fastenmaster’s deck frame coating to protect the topsides of all our framing. We then Finished with Color Guard Railing Lincoln black aluminum railing including a self closing gate for a safe outdoor living space.
Sometimes blessings come in disguise.
While shutting off the electrical breaker before removing the electrical running through the old deck, I noticed extensive water damage and corrosion in the electrical service panel to the point of breakers failing when touched. I’d like to thank Dan Bradley for a quick turnaround on a complete new electrical service installation! Unforeseen but could have been a dangerous situation for the customer if not caught.
Very happy with the outcome of this project.

Photo dump of our Bull Hill Rd deck. Here we have a 32’x10’ PT deck with a 5’x4’ bump out for our massive 5’ wide staircase for easy access up and down. We utilized Color Guard Railing Tuscany railings in Clay for a clean look. What a great additional outdoor living area this creates for our customers! On to the next!
