We're over here giving our customer peace of mind knowing his furnace won't go out again when he least expects it. Turns out, his low voltage control wiring had shorted out, blowing the furnace's low voltage fuse. He called us to investigate the issue, and we're glad he did. We were able to diagnose the problem quickly and get to work. Using a straight forward fix, we repaired the control wiring and replaced the blown fuse. No more sudden furnace problems for our customer. It's all in a day's work for us – always ready to ensure your home is cozy and warm. .

It seems recent storms have taken a toll on AC systems around this area. Our client called us when their ac stopped working, and guess what? The culprit was a failed capacitor for the compressor and condenser fan. Heat usually triggers capacitor failures, but storms too seem to kill capacitors. But not to worry, we had the right solution at hand. We promptly replaced the damaged capacitor with a Titan HD - a strong, dependable, American made brand that we absolutely swear by. We got a call about a furnace blower that wasn't running consistently during the heating season. After investigating, we found that the problem was with the ECM motor. It worked fine initially but became unreliable after operating for a short while. To fix the problem, we brought in a Broad-Ocean ECM Motor for a Nortek E7EM-020H1 to replace the faulty one. Now our customer's furnace blower runs consistently, ensuring a warm and comfortable home during those chilly months. Reliability and great service are what we always promise, and that's what we delivered.

Our customer gave us a ring due to an unexpected leak in their evaporator coil, an issue that's no stranger to us. Here's the thing, cooling results in condensation, which in turn promotes rusting on steel elements. This cycle, after some years, inevitably leads to a leak. So, what did we do to address this issue? We used a high-pressure nitrogen charge. It's like a magic wand that makes system leaks visible through soap bubbles. Plus, anytime we need to pinpoint a leak or validate our findings, our trusty electronic leak detector is at the ready. Thankfully, modern coils made of aluminum possess a longer life-span, a fact worth considering for future upgrades.

Well, we had an exciting day helping a customer with their walk-in freezer. They got in touch with us as it started acting up, making some strange noises and not cooling properly. It turned out the temp sensor had gone bad and the evaporator coil was needing a good clean. We love that kind of challenge. So, we rolled up our sleeves and got down to business! Always a pleasure helping our customers. Now, their walk-in freezer is humming along like new. Great team effort today! Little bit of a postscript here; we do commercial refrigeration work.

Just wrapped up a home visit after the customer gave us a shout about water around the air handler and the system did not run. Turned out, a bit of remodeling was needed to ensure the issue stays at bay. We rolled up our sleeves, re-worked part of the drain and got it fixed in a jiffy. We also gave their Rheem RHSL-HM3017JA air handler a thorough look-through while we were there. With their drain line and air handler now s***k and span, our customers can rest easy knowing they'll be clog-free. Sometimes, solutions often need a bit more than elbow grease! Had a customer reach out to us today, concerned about decreased efficiency of their heating and cooling systems. We jumped right on to it to decipher what was posing an issue. During our regular check and service routine, we found a clogged coil - pretty common setback in systems like this.

Our twice a year check and service appointments turned out to be exactly what they needed. By addressing components such as these, we ensure the longevity and optimal functioning of their heating and cooling systems. It's interesting how such a small thing as servicing can significantly improve a system's life span. Really glad to help out our customer and offer them peace of mind knowing their systems are in good shape.
