This property got a full refresh!

We ditched the old bagged mulch and upgraded everything with Triple Blend Black Velvet mulch for a cleaner, sharper look. The old island had seen better days, so we removed it, brought in fresh topsoil, and finished it off with grass seed and straw. 🌱

Cross patterns are starting to pop as we head into our 4th weekly cut—and that’s when lawns really start to stand out.

Consistent mowing and changing directions each visit creates that clean, professional striped look people love (with the help of sunlight in the correct direction) . It’s all about timing, technique, and keeping things sharp.

Spring cleanups are in full swing! 🌱

This week we tackled bush trimming, lawn mowing, crisp new edging along sidewalks and driveways, fresh mulch installation, and finished it off with a full pressure wash on the sidewalks and patio.

This property is now celebration-ready—just in time for graduation parties and first communions! 🎓

We’ve kicked off 2026 with some improvements✔️ 🌳

The mulch around the Coldwater Depot had built up too high (as shown in the first picture). This can be harmful to the foundation because excess mulch holds moisture, which can gradually seep into the building over time.

To prevent this, we removed all of the old mulch and replaced it with a fresh layer at the proper level to protect the structure.

This is something we take into consideration on every project.

Here is a couple of my favorite photos from the 2025 season!

I wanted to take a moment to personally thank everyone who trusted us to work on your property this year. It truly means a lot. Being only two years into business, staying as busy as we have is something I’m incredibly grateful for.

With that being said, it definitely hasn't been without its ups and downs. There were some extremely hot days, some cold late nights. But what makes this job worth it is getting to meet so many different people every day—some for the first time, others we’ve come to know well—while providing quality work and having fun along the way.

Thank you all again for your continued support. We couldn’t do this without you, and we’re excited for what's in the future!

This job was from a couple weeks ago and is just now coming to life!

We removed the island and all the pavers around it, graded the ground back down to match the existing lawn, re-seeded the area, and laid a fresh layer of straw to promote healthy germination for the seed below.
