Job Description:
We’re looking for a reliable and motivated Lawn Care Technician to join the Russell Lawn Care team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in their work, and wants to be part of a growing local business.

Responsibilities:
- Mow, edge, and trim lawns to a clean, professional standard
- Operate lawn care equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers, etc.)
- Perform seasonal services such as leaf removal, mulching, and yard cleanups
- Assist with basic landscaping tasks as needed
- Maintain equipment and keep work areas organized
- Follow safety guidelines and company standards
- Represent Russell Lawn Care professionally when interacting with customers

Qualifications:
- Lawn care or landscaping experience is a plus, but we’re willing to train the right person
- Strong work ethic and reliability are a must
- Ability to work in various weather conditions
- Ability to lift 40–50 lbs and stay active throughout the day
- Valid driver’s license preferred
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- 18+ years old

Pay & Benefits:
- Competitive pay based on experience starting pay $17 per hour
- Possible performance bonuses

- Flexible scheduling options (if applicable)
- Room for growth as our business continues to expand

Schedule:
- Monday–Friday (occasional weekends as needed)
- Typical hours: 7am - time varies
