Before and after’s of our latest favorite. Being a waterfront project in Massachusetts, additional precaution, preparation, and urgency was vital. Long days and many hands made for a speedy improvement of this lovely home. The rush before winter is in full effect.

4” of frost won’t slow us down. Installed foundation footing drain improvement and connected it to the street catch basin. Tying in all gutter down spouts into our system. New sump pump, basin, and line in the basement connected to our drainage system. Any water surrounding the home will exit the property completely. Wet basement no more!

One of our clients had issues with their driveway eroding. While here, we widened the driveway as requested and diverted the water off the driveway with new material. Ready for whatever Mother Nature has to offer!
