We are glad to be healthy and headed home in one piece! We started our week long snow journey Monday in Houston and ended this morning in New Orleans. We even got the chance to push bourbon street and busy downtown streets!

First full push of the season last week meant we got to put our new Virnig pusher to use. This definitely makes quick work taking 12’-14’ at a time!

Just one day and a complete water crossing rebuild is done! This water crossing was completely impassable due to the flooding this spring washing majority of it away. We built the roadway up so it will always stay dry, along with adding a 15” culvert and recycled concrete for proper water drainage and water retention.

The homeowner was having backyard flooding problems and that came from a combination of no grass growth due to excessive pooling of rain water, direct rain water, along with rain water from 2 downspouts.
