Finally done!!! And sold. This home brought on a lot of challenges for us. It took almost 5 months just to get windows alone. Which had a significant impact on the completion of this project. In addition to, a tree falling on the house. HVAC units gaining feet and walking away in the middle of the night. Some thieves attempted to steal the wood. The City of Atlanta is a rough area to work in. I got to start charging hazard fee....lol. The design was done by Andrew Hughes from layout, exterior to interior finishes. Countertops came from Divine Cabinetry ( Kristy Chanel). And my wonderful crew who made it all possible. Especially my nephew Teddy Gonzalez with AJ 5 Star Construction. WHo helped out big time. Although 2020 was a rough year for us all with Covid 19. I can honestly say, the Lord saw us through.
