Here's the part nobody tells you: the spa is what you use in December.

Pool season in the Brazos Valley runs about five months. A heated gunite spa runs all twelve - and built into the pool from the start, it shares the same equipment instead of needing its own. That's why adding it later costs a multiple of what it costs now.

End of Summer Special: $5,500 off when your custom pool and spa are built together. Limited time.

Dirt to first swim. This is what 60 days looks like - layout, excavation, gunite, plaster, and then one evening you walk out and it's yours.

Custom gunite means every curve was shaped on site for this yard specifically.

I did a lot of research on pool companies and talked to many of my neighbors. To a person they all recommended Sunshine Fun Pools - and so do I!

This is the last August you spend at somebody else's pool.

End of Summer Special - $5,500 off when your custom gunite pool and spa are built together.

Pool season here runs about five months. A heated spa runs twelve. Built in from the start, it shares the pool's equipment - which is why it costs a fraction of what it runs to add one later.

Twenty-one years in the Brazos Valley. 1,000+ pools built by our team. Free 3D design consultation - we come to you, measure the yard, and show you the whole thing in 3D before you commit to anything.

Sundeck with bubblers, a floating table, or a feature wall with scuppers — the details are where a custom pool stops looking like everyone else's. And the Brazos Valley swim season runs long enough that a pool started now still gets used this year. Which detail would you not skip? 979-690-3343

This is the day a pool stops being a drawing. Gunite gets sprayed over steel in one continuous pour — no shell dropped in a hole, no seams, no size limits. It's why a Sunshine pool can be any shape your yard asks for, and why it's still here in thirty years. Our team's built 1,000+ of them. Questions about what fits your yard? 979-690-3343

Not every backyard in Bryan-College Station is an acre. Most are a rectangle with a fence, a tree you're not cutting down, and an easement you forgot about. That's fine — gunite gets shot in place, so we build the pool around what's already there instead of forcing a shape on it. This one tucked right up against the fence line. What would you put in yours: tanning ledge or spa? 979-690-3343

Ever wonder why we only build gunite? Look at this shape. Rock grottos, custom slides, waterfalls, deck jets — none of it comes out of a mold. Gunite is shot in place, so your pool gets built to your yard instead of your yard getting rebuilt around a shell. It also stands up to Texas heat and soil and lasts decades. It's the only kind of pool we've built in 21 years. Wondering what would fit your yard? 979-690-3343.

That's the kind of note that makes 21 years of building in the Brazos Valley worth it. Our team has built 1,000+ custom in-ground gunite pools, and we'd love to build yours. Free design consultation: 979-690-3343.
