Myth: Delaying decisions until construction gives you more flexibility.
Truth: Waiting usually increases confusion and cost.

Many of the biggest delays in remodeling don't come from construction itself. They come from decisions that are made after work has already started.

Cabinets, tile, lighting, plumbing fixtures, and even paint selections affect ordering, scheduling, and the sequence of work. One late decision often creates a chain reaction that impacts everything behind it.

The goal isn't to rush decisions. It's to make them at the right time so the project can move forward with fewer surprises and less stress.

Community involvement is one of the things that makes Bryan-College Station such a special place to call home.

Over the past few weeks, we've been reminded how many organizations in our community quietly show up every day to care for others. Whether it's helping families access medical care, supporting children, serving seniors, or giving homeless animals a second chance, there is a unique spirit here that is rooted in small-town kindness and people looking out for one another.

Aggieland Humane Society is a beautiful example of that. Through adoption and fostering programs, low-cost spay and neuter services, a pet food pantry, temporary care during times of crisis, and rehabilitation for injured and homeless pets, they provide support that reaches far beyond their walls.

We are grateful to have played a small part in their story, and honored that our cedar benches now have a place where future families can slow down, sit together, and meet a pet that may soon become part of their own story. 💚🐾

Today we honor Juneteenth, a day that commemorates freedom, resilience, and the ongoing pursuit of equality.

Our office will be closed Friday, June 19, as our team takes time to reflect and recognize the significance of this day. We will reopen Monday at 8:00 AM for regular business hours.

If you're looking for ways to celebrate in our community, we'd also like to give a shoutout to Destination Bryan, Texas for organizing local Juneteenth events and opportunities to learn, reflect, and come together.

We are so excited to share this latest project!

Our client came to us with a unique request: he had just moved to town, and his new home did not have a space for him to work on his stained-glass artwork. He had all of his tools and materials stored in the garage, which also meant he wasn’t able to safely put his vehicle away when he came home from work.

He needed a workshop with lots of lighting that did not create any shadows, a ramp to roll his equipment in and out of the shop, a work sink, and proper cooling and airflow throughout the space.

We are honored to provide him with a space to comfortably work on his craft, and give him his garage back for its intended purpose💚
