Scott and Nancy Zimmerman started the company in 2004 after a long career for both with Verizon Communications. The goal of our company is to offer quality real estate services with a personal touch for an affordable price. These services include all aspects of real estate improvement and management. We specialize in large remodeling projects utilizing a disciplined approach refined ov

Each client receives personal and ongoing attention from both Scott and Nancy throughout the project. Nancy is always involved in design consulting, material selections and project timelines. Scott oversees all aspects of project completion.

Before and after photos of a kitchen that was part of a whole home renovation we did a few years ago. There was a patio that had been enclosed to create an extra living space and we turned it back into a patio. We also removed the wall between the kitchen and the living room to open up the whole space and make room for this gorgeous island.

For this bathroom, they wanted to keep it warm to go with the other rooms of their house but also incorporate some cool colors. The Nickel Quartzite counters bring in some cool tones while the wood look tile keeps it warm.

Sometimes you finish a project and think "wow, that's beautiful and I should share it on Facebook" but then time gets away from you and a year later, you finally get around to posting it. Anyway, here is a lovely remodel we did after the freeze busted their pipes and flooded their first floor.
