ReNew Renovation is HIRING! We’re looking for a dynamic professional who can create new business opportunities, build lasting relationships with property management groups, and manage (with assistance) the ex*****on of the projects they win.
What You’ll Do:
🔨 Hunt & Close: Drive new multifamily business via direct outreach, cold calling, and follow-up with key stakeholders.
🤝 Network: Act as the face of our company at multifamily industry events and local apartment association meetings (AATC/AAGD).
📋 Manage Projects: Take ownership of your accounts—coordinating schedules, tracking milestones, and delivering top-tier results.
📏 Estimate: Walk properties and design winning capital improvement proposals.
What We’re Looking For:
✔️ Experience in multifamily property management, construction sales experience, or B2B vendor services.
✔️ A fearless prospecting mindset and excellent networking skills.
