YES, THEY ABSOLUTELY ARE.
No joke, we are incredibly impressed after our hail damaged roof was replaced this boiling hot summer. The job was overseen by Stetson and was the pinnacle of well done. He and his staff personally walked us through all of the insurance paperwork required to make sure everything was done properly with our USAA. We decided as the process started that we wanted to add a new radiant barrier underneath the new roof to try and lessen the heat in our attic each summer. Stetson walked us through that process as well and made sure we had all of the right materials on hand for the big job. Our hail damaged gutters were removed the day before and all supplies were delivered to our driveway after Stetson coordinated getting all vehicles out of our garage prior. The crew made sure to cover over all of our garden plants and areas where ground damage might occur. Our pool was covered over with tarping and weighted down properly to ensure no unwanted materials got into the water.
The next morning Marcelo, the roofing supervisor got everyone to work with the tear off starting remarkably quietly at 7AM. Despite the blistering hot day, they got all of the tear off done in several hours and began getting the additional radiant barrier and Tyvek in place all in the same day to ensure no overnight exposure to the elements. They were particularly good at making sure previous barrier areas to keep critters out were replaced properly. The speed and efficiency was particularly impressive to me. They managed to improve the venting in our attic while they were at it and made sure all vents going out of the roof were properly sealed on both ends. Despite the heat, Marcelo‘s crew was amazingly respectful and attentive to a clean yard at the end of each workday.
Once the roofing work was complete, Valentin’s painting crew properly matched color and painted all necessary trim areas to our great satisfaction. Ryan’s gutter crew then did a very efficient and safe replacing of all our gutters while Zia installed an excellent and properly painted matching chimney cap.
Once all of the above ground work was done, Stetson oversaw all needed minor repairs to small incidental damage and made sure the yard and gardens were fully clear of any debris and roofing nails. All of the plants and gardens were then uncovered and watered as needed.
Then the most important part occurred. My wife walked around the whole house and gardens and inspected all of Stetson‘s crew’s work. She is a mighty tough cookie to please, but she gave all aces approval to the complete job. Not an easy task!
Overall, this is ABSOLUTELY THE ROOFING COMPANY YOU WANT TO HIRE if you need to have your Colleyville, Southlake, Grapevine, Keller roof replaced anytime soon. The attention to detail is remarkable and thorough. If you are fortunate enough to get Stetson running the show, you will quickly understand what I mean by saying the whole project was A JOB VERY WELL DONE!!! Thank you IFC Roofing!!!"
