Looking to have this hit the market here in about 30 days. Home will get a gray painted brick and black trim to blend in nicely!

Beautiful home addition that we are glad to be part of. 2,800 sq ft add to this existing home. Along with an amazing outdoor space ensures a back yard oasis. We will be sharing more of this space as we continue.

Does your builder take waterproofing seriously? This is currently in process.
Utilizing a ZIP R sheathing system 3 degree sills. Full tape to interior and wet seal. Seam up the windows. Then a liquid applied water proofing to finish it off!
Next up base conditions. Where the concrete meets the framing! To say that our homes are tight and sealed up is an understatement…

I called these, my work boots! Whenever I need to go to a project job site, I have to have a pair of close-to-shoes on. Let's just say, I may or may not own a handful of Chelsey boots in a few different colors😉.
