Daily Memphian | Retail Center in ‘bootheel of Germantown’

Germantown is considering new retail developments for the southeast corner of the city, specifically in the Forest Hill Heights area. The proposed project, called The Square at Forest Hill Heights, involves nearly 26,500 SF of retail spaces across two L-shaped buildings on about 3 acres.

Singh Development, which acquired the site in 2023, envisions a mix of sit-down restaurants, boutique retail, and office spaces. This development is seen as pivotal for setting the tone for future growth in the area!
