Customer bought a lot and needed it stumped and graded. We used all on site dirt so our customer could get a big pad that was cost efficient. The pad is ready to have the blocks put in and start the foundation until we come back to add final grade after the house is up. 150x90 give us a call for any dirt work, clearing, ponds, driveways, and we also haul fill dirt, top soil, and rock! Here’s another pad we built for a customer on a hillside, the material that was on site was sticky clay which is not good for a foundation. We hauled in close to 6,000 yards of dirt, the pad is a 60x100 and also put in a service drive for easy access while building.
