Watch this kitchen come to life.

This kitchen started out dark oak, wallpaper
border, and not much daylight. We took it back to the studs, painted the whole main level, and rebuilt the kitchen with stained oak cabinetry, a sage green island, white subway tile and a quartz top.

Same footprint. No walls moved. Completely different room.

The best part is the middle of the video, where it is just cabinet boxes going in one at a time. That is what most of the work actually looks like.

What started as a flood turned into the kitchen they always wanted.

We first came out to this Farmington home for water damage. Once we were in there, the homeowners decided to open things up for good, so we took the kitchen down to the studs and took a wall down with it.
What was a closed-off, cramped layout is now an open kitchen built for real life: new cabinetry, a quartz island with seating, and new flooring that ties it all together.

Full gut renovation underway at The Meditation Center , a historic brick building that's been a community landmark in northeast Minneapolis for nearly 50 years. This project includes bringing the bathrooms up to ADA accessibility standards.
