Cleaned this fence in about 30 minutes! Only used 1 gallon pool Chlorine and 1.5 gallons of water mixed in a pump sprayer.
This fence hasn't been cleaned for at least 18 years.

Another Deck DONE! Since it might be a mild winter, contact me if you would like to do a deck project to have it ready for spring!
After and before photos... sometimes the small decks become some of the most challenging due to previous structure not being built properly, but I do what's needed to make it sturdy and meet requirements. Had to rebuild all the step stringers and add joists to existing structure.

Great color combo, it's in an HOA development and they just approved people to change to composite. The homeowner can pick whatever color deck, but just have to use white railings and white fascia boards.
