DayCo and the team is excited to have some CFMF to do in the summer. When summer hits full stride, jobsite conditions change — faster pace, tighter schedules, longer days, and heavier heat. In the middle of it all, cold-formed metal framing (CFMF) stands out. It’s clean, fast, reliable — and it brings a different energy to construction, especially in the summer months.

If you’ve ever walked a site where steel framing is going up in July or August, you know the vibe: the distinct ring of screw guns, the clang of track on concrete, and the rapid rhythm of crews building walls into place. It’s a sound — and pace — that signals precision.

Phase 1 Complete at HRCA Westridge Community Center!

We’re excited to share that Phase 1 of the HRCA Westridge Community Center Renovation is officially complete!

This phase included a range of upgrades, but one highlight for our team was the opportunity to work on some truly unique specialty ceilings. It’s always rewarding to bring design and craftsmanship together in a way that transforms a space — and this one was no exception.

Next up: Phase 2 — locker rooms. We’re looking forward to continuing the momentum and delivering another quality result for the community.
