What a great job this was for an old friend of mine!
Insurance had come out after the wind storm in December and paid for the roof and one side of ten houses to be repaired.
I sent the insurance scope off to my supplement team and they were able to turn it into a profitable job and allowed for a full siding replacement as well as some decking to be replaced that was bad on the rear slope and garage.
The house looks brand new after all of the work was completed! I love the new gray vinyl siding and the Owens Corning Duration Flex SBS Storm Cloud shingles that replaced the existing Malarkey shingles that were on the residence prior.
Unfortunately insurance doesn’t always come through like they did in this scenario, but when they do I love to be able to provide such a wonderful finished result for my customers, family, and friends. :)
