I'm sure most of you already know this but, if you live in a manufactured or mobile home be sure to leave your faucets dripping to keep the water moving in your pipes to keep them from freezing through today tonight and tomorrow morning. There's usually not a lot we can do to dethaw your pipes and this will help prevent pricey repairs after this cold spell. Stay warm!

If you have a propane water heater, you need to be aware that propane water heaters at our altitude cannot be ultra low Knocks. What does this mean? This means that once all current models of propane water heaters are sold and gone you will be forced to install a high efficiency water heater whether that be tanked or tankless. This is going to cause you specifically extremely high replacement cost. If you are reading this and your water heater is older I highly suggest you take advantage of whatever leftover supply of tank propane water heaters there are and get yours replaced.
