Some of the custom homes we do just meet the basic necessities of the families that build them... Then there's this home. Our team completed the following on this project:

-Concrete tile roof
-Standing seam turret roofs
-6" Gutters and 3x4 downspouts
-Ballasted EPDM Roof
-Snow guards
-Chimney caps
-And hundreds of feet of custom flashing the builder requested from our metal shop to assist other trades.

Our talented team recently wrapped up the metal roofing, metal siding, metal fascia, metal soffit panels, gutters, and downspouts on this beautiful garage/office space for one of our clients. We ran the 24-gauge metal roof and wall panels on the job site and fabricated everything else in house with our own machines! When you use Pierce Roofing, we remove the third party metal manufacturers and bring it directly to you!

We are incredibly grateful for all veterans and active service members for their dedication and service.
