A bathtub faucet leak causing considerable amounts of water damage to the Sheetrock behind the tile. Had to tear everything up about half way. This time I put 7/16" plywood to fit and retiled.

A hot tub switch/timer stopped working. I 🤔 ok apart and got a part number, ordered a new one off Amazon. I replaced with the new timer. Now is working 💯

A bathroom fan stopped working. I took apart from the ceiling. Got the part number off of the motor. Ordered a new motor on Amazon. Replaced the motor. And now is working 💯 perfect performance!
