Not every roof is put on the same, so you have challenges everytime that you open one up, never knowing what the people before you did.

In this customers case, they are very lucky that the new roof is going on because a small leak that seems like nothing, could actually be mold manifesting under the roof, like it was here, which could put your entire family in danger. Not only did we take this customer from a full denial from the insurance company to a full approval on all of the roofs, we also got all the mold and water damage covered.on this project we are getting to put down a brand new system with a full taper system, this will fix all the previous drainage issues and construction deficiencies that were going on here.

We just finished up this beautiful Davinci composite Slate Roof in the Broadmoor/ Colorado Springs. We went above and beyond on this roof. Real copper was used to flash the Skylights and the chimney.
