Last month, our team joined our partners at Accelerent for breakfast at Kansas Speedway.

A special thank you to the NASCAR guests, Dale Jarrett, Erik Jones , and Matt Kenseth, for sharing their racing experiences with us.

Zach Chrisman is a Senior Estimator at JR&CO, where he leads our architectural cladding estimating team. Zach joined JR&CO in 2022 and has served in various roles for us along the way, and that range shows in his work. With a strong background in design and project management, he brings more to an estimate than numbers. He understands how a project actually comes together, and it makes him an even better estimator.

Ask anyone who works with Zach and they’ll tell you he’s a Swiss Army knife and a great friend. He’s always willing to help in any way he can, detailed in everything he does, one of the steadiest people you’ll meet, and brings a good attitude every day. That combination makes him a great team member.

Outside of work, Zach spends his time with his wife and three children, staying involved in his church, and getting outdoors every chance he gets. He’s a jack-of-all-trades at home too, typically building something or taking care of things on his homestead. We’re grateful for everything Zach does for JR&CO.

We recently wrapped up Andretti in Kansas City, KS, where our team installed 92,000 sq. ft. of TPO along with the exterior cladding. The facade features 6,000 sq. ft. of ACM in Classic White and 400 sq. ft. of  wood-look ACM, mounted on a custom-manufactured girt system with LED lighting set between the panels. Along the drive, we added 1,000 sq. ft. of custom-made 4-foot-tall fascia to tie it all together. Great work by our team bringing this level of detail to a project this size!

Yesterday our team hit the course in Omaha for the 2026 ACCESS Open, hosted by ACCESS Commercial, LLC in support of Folds of Honor. As a veteran-owned company, this cause means a lot to us. Folds of Honor provides educational scholarships to the spouses and children of fallen and disabled service members, and it was a great day spent with good people for a mission we believe in. Thank you to ACCESS Commercial Group for hosting and to everyone who came out to play and give back!

Atlas9, an immersive gaming facility in Kansas City, KS, is complete, and JR&CO handled both the roofing and exterior cladding scopes.

On the roof, our team installed 37,000 sq. ft. of 60-mil Versico Roofing Systems TPO along with the flashing and metal components to finish the assembly. On the walls, we installed 30,000 sq. ft. across several systems: Kingspan Group Granitestone and Optimo Smooth insulated metal panels, a Karrier backup IMP system, Trespa Meteon panels over hat channels and furring, and TEKKO metal wall panels.

With that many systems on one building, sequencing mattered. Our crews coordinated the roof and wall work, so the roof-to-wall and panel-to-panel transitions keep the air, moisture, and thermal barriers continuous.
