Dear Customer(s),
To say the least, the Coronavirus (COVID-19) and our nation’s response is a fast-moving target. The situation changes several times a day with public gatherings and schools’ closings by the minute. Our Governor has ordered restaurants and bars close for at least 30 days to stem COVID-19. The government’s head of infectious diseases has said that we need to be prepared to “hunker down”, yet we know in our work we must continue to support our customers. None of our employees are experiencing any COVID-19 symptoms; however, we continue to educate and monitor our employees’ health daily. Currently, Top Gun is conducting business as usual until further notice or mandates.
With that said, Top Gun leadership is taking a calm, but common-sense approach to the situation. This includes educating our team on COVID-19 and implementing new policies such, as “No Handshake” and “Social Distancing”. We are also adding new screening procedures to ensure we are not working in a customer’s home that has COVID-19 symptoms, been exposed to the COVID-19, or have been around someone who has traveled to restrictive countries. Furthermore, we have completely disinfected our office area and vehicles.
Although the above precautions may be considered inconvenient to some, we prefer to remain on the safe side of caution and responsibility for the health of our employees and all those we serve. Please don’t be offended by us asking specific questions over the phone as we are trying to do our part in protecting you and our employees. We ask that you be completely honest, as we will with you, so that open and transparent communication is established and maintained.
