This home had a bad leak around two skylights due to improper installation. We lifted the tile, installed new flashing around the skylights, and reinstalled the tile for a leak free home. The tile was discontinued, but we were able to source it.

This job was a reroof due to an old hail claim. We upgraded customer to Owen’s Corning Duration Storm Class IV impact resistant shingles. We also did gutter work, and installed new flashing around skylights.

We reroofed this home for a customer who had just purchased it. It was a very old and cracked roof, and we were able to coordinate and get the roof done on the day after they got possession. We upgraded customer to Owen’s Corning Duration Storm Class IV shingles, flashed three skylights, and added additional attic venting.

This roof was leaking by the vent. We removed all the shingles and material around the vent. We installed the new underlayment and ice/water shield to prevent any future leaks.

The Excel Roofing sponsored Rocky Mountain Lightning competed in a tournament this weekend in Glenwood Springs. The competition was fierce and our boys brought their A-game resulting in a split win/loss record for the weekend. Everyone had an amazing time and enjoyed the beautiful surroundings of Glenwood Springs!
