Had previously had another company out to do routine service on my Generac. While he was very polite, I never felt that his knowledge level was as good as it should have been. This time, I contacted White Rhino. Michael came out, quickly performed the routine maintenance, was able to immediately fix a few minor problems the other technician didn't know how to do, and answered many of the questions I had about the unit. This is definitely the company I will stay with for future generator and electrical needs.

We recently had a whole house generator installed by White Rhino Electric. The whole process was very quick and efficient. We bought the generator from Costco and White Rhino took care of all of the details. Installation took 1 day and included all electric and natural gas hook ups and permits. We are very pleased.

Micheal with White Rhino came out and got the generator going and took the time to take me through everything and explained it to where I understood, I guess Jefferson county came out and unhooked the gas line but didn’t let anyone know that they did and the guys that installed it left some small pieces out. But it’s working now, that’s a good thing, now just waiting for next steps to fix what Jefferson county wants done before they’ll pass it.
