So I’ve been passing out my business flyers to the, almost 1yr old homes in Lorson Ranch. As most people in the neighborhood know, I work really hard to go above and beyond and make sure all builder defects are identified so the home owners are not stuck with a hefty bill after the warranty is up. Some guy just called me supper pi**ed off that I left a flyer in his door, even though he has a no soliciting sign. He tells me that I’m a piece of s**t, scam, artist and if he sees me at his house, or on his street, he’s going to kick my ass. Also that he is going to go on every platform I’m on, just to trash me and my company. 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
Well this tough guy calls me from a blocked number and wouldn’t tell me where he lived so that I can never go back to that house, ever! And what’s even more annoying, he kept calling me homie. Look, I’m a certified home inspector (ASHI) I have a degree in HVAC, I clean dryer vents and blowout sprinklers. And here’s the fun part, they I’m pretty sure I’m the cheapest around. I have little to no overhead so I don’t feel a need to price gouge. But tough guy’s house gets nothing from me.
Ok, so ya, I put a flyer on his door even though he had a no soliciting sign, won’t happen again. Anyways, are some inspection pics just to show this ass-hat tough guy what he’s missing out on.
