Kept it simple on this one: plumber made a hole in the wall while replacing shower valve so we replaced original tile (4x4 olive green, forgot before pics)🙂 from 1970s with 4x12 beige subway tile, beige metal edging, and frost grout, left the same layout but added a couple grab bars

Master Bath Remodel: schluter shower components used, 12x24 porcelain (travertine look) on the shower walls, border, wanyes coat, and tiled bench, biscuit color mapei fa grout, hexagon mosaic on the pan and tiled niche, warm gray grout, brushed nickel delta plumbing fixtures and metal edging, moved outlet over to make room for shower border, new can lighting, 15x30 porcelain (marble look) on the floor, warm gray grout, woodbridge stand alone tub and brushed nickel tub filler, new vanity lights, drywall repairs

Bathroom Remodel: removed tub and shower, and constructed a curbless entry shower stall for wheelchair access with schluter shower pan components. I shortened the vanity to one sink and built a pony wall to create access. 12x24 on floors and walls, mosaic on the pan. Sunrise shower plumbing fixtures in black, standard metal edging, pearl Grey grout and calking, new toilet with bidet, matched texture and paint on the new drywall.
