We just completed this roof replacement today. These are GAF - Roofing Armorshield II, Class-4, Impact Resistant Shingles that not only warrant an insurance premium discount but they look fantastic too. The homeowner did a great job with color selection.

Different models are reporting different forecasts but we’ve found these type of alerts to be fairly accurate or at least have strong probability.

You may want to try and protect your vehicles, plants, patio furniture, or any other outdoor items that you can, just to be safe.

Having a roof over your head is a wonderful thing. For us, having a roof under our feet is also a wonderful thing. When can we put the roof that’s over your head under our feet? As always, a complimentary inspection is always just a phone call or text message away.

This homeowner called us to look for hail damage and she was hoping we would find some. She said she wants a new roof that looks as good as the gray roof next door. Well, as fate would have it, we did that roof too, a few years back.

This inspection didn’t reveal enough hail damage to warrant a replacement, at least not yet, but we feel like we have a future client when the time comes.

Storm season is upon us. We’re showing some hail in the Peyton and Calhan areas from yesterday. If you feel your roof may have been compromised we still offer complimentary inspections.

As a word of caution, be very careful about who you let on your roof. The best and safest bet is to trust a local and reputable company. We’ve been roofing in Colorado Springs for 14 years now and won’t be going anywhere anytime soon.
