I have to admit the Cal. Memorial Stadium is my pride and joy. I engineered all the interior wood, decorative metal, Glass railings, wall paneling, display cases and even the stair case and handrail. for the entire finished interior of the building (from the 1st floor to the press box). Another mid 1800's bed, this one is hand carved solid walnut with burled walnut veneer on the raised panels which were carved in not separate pieces of wood. I replaced some of the burl veneer, re-attached one panel on the foot board and new finials to match the era. Dad turned the finials out of redwood fence post finials then I finished them to match the walnut, cant tell can you!

this is one of the rope beds that was in as in the Blair home, removed when the house was sold to the US government. The bed is solid mahogany except the side boards that are green poplar, half of the rosettes and rope pegs were , missing or damaged so had Michael Still Art turn new ones to match the old
