Construction Safety Week 2026 is a wrap and we're proud of the work we put in this week.

All week long, the Rusin Concrete Construction team lived out the pillars of Safety Week:
🔍 RECOGNIZE — We spotted the hazards before they became incidents.
🦺 RESPOND — We acted with purpose, not just reaction.
🛑 STOOD DOWN — We paused together to protect our people from falls.
🤝 RESPECT — We honored the plan and, more importantly, each other.

But here's what we know at Rusin: safety doesn't clock out on Friday.

The Daily Huddles continue Monday. The Toolbox Topics keep going. The Safety Committee keeps meeting. The culture we've built, one where every team member has a voice and every hazard gets addressed that doesn't pause for the weekend. See you on the jobsite. Ready. Set. Done.

Day four of Construction Safety Week: RESPECT.

In concrete construction, the plan is everything. Proper forming. Correct rebar placement. Coordinated pours. When the plan is respected, the work is safe and the results speak for themselves.

At Rusin Concrete Construction, respect for the plan goes hand-in-hand with respect for the people executing it.
