Good food and good fun with our Colorado Springs and Denver teams today at Butterfield park in Castle Rock. BBQ, bubbles, corn hole a cool playground, we couldn’t have asked for a nicer day to spend time together. We have a great team and they have great families too!!

We were so pleased to be a part of the Orchard Alliance office dedication luncheon today. This project was very rewarding for our team and we are grateful for the opportunity to have completed it. Thank you to our team of employees and subcontractors and to the design team. Orchard Alliance has made this office space build out their own and it’s great to see the use of the space.

We’re proud to celebrate the completion of White Whiskers’ first physical location. This design-build project allowed us to collaborate closely with the client from concept through construction, creating a purpose-built facility for veterinary rehabilitation and senior dog care.

The finished space includes specialized rehabilitation areas equipped to support mobility, recovery, and comfort for aging pets, helping White Whiskers continue their mission in a welcoming and functional environment.

Congratulations to the White Whiskers team on this exciting milestone. Thank you for trusting us to help bring your vision to life.

🤠 Meet Jake!
Jake has been a part of the Raine Building team for a couple of years now and we wanted to share his caricature with you.

Originally from Fort Worth, Texas, Jake traded the Lone Star State for Colorado Springs and says it’s easily his favorite place he’s ever lived. With 7 years of construction experience, Jake is knowledgeable, he has a strong work ethic, and he brings a willingness to keep learning every day.

Jake enjoyed working on BROE Real Estate projects, where he gained invaluable experience learning in the field under an experienced superintendent.

A few things you might not know about Jake:
🎵 His playlist can jump from Black Sabbath to Marty Robbins without warning, which is either musical genius or complete chaos.
👕 His first job was at Abercrombie Kids. While it may not have prepared him for construction, it definitely taught him that retail wasn’t his calling.
🌲 When he’s not working, you’ll likely find him in the woods, playing poker, cooking for his girlfriend, or hanging out with his cats.
🏈 Jake manages multiple fantasy football teams every season. Whether that’s a hobby or a second full-time job is still up for debate.
🥤 Milkshakes are his weakness.
🥚 His ideal eggs are fried with just a little runny yolk.
✈️ Australia tops his travel bucket list.
⏳ If given the chance to time travel, Jake would skip the past altogether and jump 1,000 years into the future to see what’s next for humanity.
🏆 He won a 1st-grade spelling bee and has been spelling “congratulations” 🎉 correctly ever since.
🦸 Rumor has it Jake bears a striking resemblance to Superman from Smallville. Coincidentally, his caricature seems to agree.

We feel especially grateful to have built out this space for our client and we wish them all the best as they continue to serve the pets within our community in Colorado Springs.

White Whiskers Aging Pet Care, which for five years has provided limited mobile veterinary services for senior cats and dogs across the greater Colorado Springs area, is putting down roots.

Husband-and-wife veterinary team Drs. Robert and Kelly Hutchison have opened their new White Whiskers pet rehabilitation facility in west-side Colorado Springs at 1625 W. Uintah St., Suite I.

Excited to share the completion of Orchard Alliance’s new 9,000-square-foot office in North Colorado Springs.

The best projects are built through collaboration, and this one was no exception. Orchard Alliance was incredibly engaged throughout the process, attending OAC meetings and sharing in the excitement as their new space took shape.

A sincere thank you to our project team, subcontractor partners, the Orchard Alliance team, and the Cushman Wakefield team for their trust, teamwork, and commitment throughout construction.

The finished space reflects what can be accomplished when everyone works toward a shared vision.

We attended the grand opening and ribbon cutting ceremony for USA Wrestling yesterday evening. What an exciting milestone to be a part of with them. The space is very beautiful and we are so proud and happy that we got to build their vision into reality.

🏥 Project Complete: Endoscopy Center at the Swedish Medical Campus

We’re happy to announce the completion of this endoscopy center renovation and expansion at the Swedish Medical Campus.

This complex healthcare project was delivered through a phased construction approach while portions of the facility remained occupied and operational, requiring detailed planning, constant coordination, and a commitment to minimizing disruptions to patient care.

From procedure and recovery spaces to specialized equipment storage and reprocessing areas, every detail was designed and constructed to support patient safety, staff efficiency, and long-term performance.

A huge thank you to the project team, trade partners, and healthcare staff who helped make this project a success.
