Two new design-build wins. One shared mission: supporting military families at Joint Base San Antonio.

Bryan Construction has been awarded two new Child Development Center projects at JBSA-Lackland and JBSA-Randolph, continuing our work with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and expanding our federal portfolio in the Fort Worth District.

Working alongside our longtime design partner Garver, Bryan will provide single-point design-build delivery for both facilities, creating modern environments designed to support infants through preschool-aged children, caregivers, and the military families who depend on reliable childcare.

Each project will include dedicated child development and administrative spaces, commercial kitchens, indoor and outdoor play areas, and supporting infrastructure, with environmental remediation also incorporated.

For Bryan, these projects represent more than two new federal awards. Quality childcare directly supports military readiness by giving service members and DoD personnel greater confidence that their children have safe, dependable places to learn and grow while they carry out the mission.

We’re proud to bring our federal construction experience, design-build leadership and longstanding partnership with Garver to two projects that will serve the Joint Base San Antonio community for years to come.

Jenkins Middle School is officially in the running for the 2026 Jack Mincher People’s Choice Award! 🗳️

What began with an emergency school closure became one of the most complex and meaningful projects our team has taken on. Bryan Construction worked alongside Colorado Springs District 11 Gifted & Talented, CRP Architects PC, and an incredible group of trade partners to address major structural and life-safety challenges, deliver extensive renovations and a new addition, and help bring the Jenkins community back together.

A huge thank you to the trade partners who helped make it happen, including Rusin Concrete Construction, Oncor, AdvantEdge Drywall, JLB Glass, LLC, Timberline Landscaping, Colorado Sheet Metal, Olson Plumbing & Heating, and many others who helped bring Jenkins back home.

Now, you can help recognize the team behind the work.

Jenkins is entered in Category 3: Meeting the Challenge of a Difficult Job – General Contractor for the 2026 AGC Colorado ACE Awards, and voting for the Jack Mincher People’s Choice Award is open through September 7.

Earlier this month, Project Engineer Abraham Segovia and a few interns visited StressCon’s precast concrete production facility to review wall panels being manufactured for the Haxtun School District project.

Alongside Wold Architects and NV5, the team reviewed sample and full-size panels, finishes, architectural details, connection and anchorage locations, hoisting points, and other quality control considerations.

The visit also gave our interns a firsthand look at precast production and the opportunity to learn more about the fabrication, handling, and QC processes behind the panels before they reach the jobsite.

Last week, our Denver team joined the DEN Procurement Trade Show & Business Development Training Academy Graduation at Denver International Airport’s Center of Equity and Excellence in Aviation (CEEA).

It was a great opportunity to connect with local businesses and trade partners, share more about working with Bryan Construction, and celebrate the latest class of BDTA graduates. We’re always glad to be part of conversations that strengthen relationships and create new opportunities across Colorado’s construction community.

Thanks to everyone who stopped by our booth and connected with our team!

More than a century before this became Columbia Bank, this space was part of Colorado Springs’ streetcar system.

Around 1905, the 500 block of South Cascade Avenue housed maintenance shops for the Colorado Springs and Interurban Railway Company.

That history was still present during construction. While installing new structural steel, our team encountered original rail embedded within the existing concrete, remnants of the building’s earlier life that had been covered by another slab rather than removed.

We also worked to preserve much of the original brick through repointing and careful repairs. Original brick retained by the property management team was reused in small areas of infill, helping maintain the character of the historic structure.

A special thank you to Alaric Inc. for their work repointing the existing brick and helping the team quickly address an unforeseen condition without impacting the project schedule.

Today, the same walls frame a modern Columbia Bank workplace with new offices, conference rooms, and collaborative spaces woven into the building’s original industrial character.

Thank you to Columbia Bank, our Bryan Construction team, our trade partners, and everyone who helped bring the project together.

With final photography complete, take a look at the transformation.

A refreshed space for our Fort Collins team.

The renovation of Bryan Construction’s Fort Collins office was completed earlier this summer, and we’re excited to finally share a closer look at the finished space.

The project modernized the office while bringing it more closely in line with Bryan’s branding and workplace experience across our locations. Updates included new paint and lighting, carpet replacement, refreshed finishes, expanded Bryan branding throughout the office, and a fully renovated lobby.

The renovation also included removing old built-in desks and cabinetry, extensive wall repairs and refinishing, all-new office and conference room furniture, updated technology, and new glass dry-erase boards.

The result is a brighter, more modern workspace designed to support collaboration, productivity and the work our Northern Colorado team delivers every day.

Investing in our people also means investing in the spaces where they work, connect, and do their best work.

That’s a wrap on summer 2026! 🎓👷‍♂️

Last week, we celebrated our nine summer interns after months of learning, contributing, and gaining hands-on experience alongside Bryan Construction teams across our offices and projects.

From RFIs, submittals, and scheduling to field coordination, safety, and quality control, our interns spent the summer seeing how projects come together while building confidence, strengthening their communication skills, and taking on meaningful responsibility along the way.

Just as important were the relationships built throughout the summer. Thank you to the Bryan team members who answered questions, shared their expertise, and gave our interns opportunities to learn by doing.

Congratulations to our 2026 summer interns, and thank you for everything you brought to Bryan this summer! 🎉
