- Total number of building permits pulled as of today is 377!
- The largest single project we have completed took 1 year and 8 months with over 850 building inspections!
- Combined between myself, my brother, and my father we have over 80 years experience!
- My father and I both hold an A1 General Contractor lincense. This is the highest level license in the country with zero restrictions on what we can build.

Thank you all who have supported me and my family at any point along this journey, we have had some amazing customers and projects. The future is looking even better with some very exciting projects coming up!

16 years ago we opened the doors to Blue Ridge Contractors Inc with little more than ambition and dedication to work hard and build a product that would be valued by customers all over Colorado. Not only have we been doing just so for 16 years, but we have had employees dedicate over a decade to this business. Im also proud we have successfully grown this business every year smashing records. Thank you all for all the support, here’s to another 16 years!

A popular downtown restaurant in Colorado Springs remains closed after a car crashed through the front over Super Bowl weekend. Police were called to the Skirted Heifer on North Tejon just after 1:30 a.m. Sunday.

Blue Ridge Contractors Inc is honored to rebuild this historic section of downtown Colorado Spring over the next few weeks, this City is amazing with all the love and support this small business has received.

It’s amazing what you can accomplish in three weeks! This project for Builders First Source started with five large 14’x14’x2’ pads, four large 3’x3’x3’ pads and a 8” foundation wall around this 180 foot long building. There is a reinforced 5” concrete slab with a Chief metal building.

Day 5 of this high end jewelry store renovation and things look amazing! Carpet is installed and the new custom casework started install today! T-minus 5 days to finish!

Happy Memorial Day weekend! Our Blue Ridge Contractors family had the pleasure of starting this high end jewelry store renovation Saturday at 6:00 pm and 24 hours later loom at the progress! Total job schedule is 10 days.

Happy Birthday Blue Ridge Contractors! 14 years ago, Blue Ridge Contractors was officially formed between two brothers and a father with dreams and ambitions to be the future of the construction industry with little to nothing. Over the past 14 years, Blue Ridge has had steady growth in gross production and even had 5 years of increased gross sales that DOUBLED the previous years gross sales. 2022 marks the start of the largest single project and again will double in size. We are so thankful for the family. employees, subcontractors, suppliers, and customers who have supported us along this journey.
