We recommend maintenance at least a MINIMUM of TWICE a year. Not all thermostats tell you when it's time to change your filter. Let us put you on a maintenance schedule to keep you up and running all year round.

Found out this unit had a bad drain pan during our inspection process.

Mini split install complete. This storage unit will be kept at the same temp year round to keep non perishable goods from spoilage.

Check out this before and after unit from today. No telling how long this unit has been clogged but it kept getting worse and worse every year. This one got to the point where it stopped cooling. Let Tucker Heat and Air come by and take a look.

Stopped up drain was overflowing pretty good in the attic. Cleaned, flushed and now it's draining as it should. Customer back cooling.
