From a house that was neglected and rat infested. Carpets were nasty, trash heaped everywhere, toilets left overfilled, rotted fish tanks full of used cat litter removed etc. This place was devastated and disrespected. The boys worked hard at trash removal for days then the carpets were removed, fresh paint applied throughout, a safer handrail installed upstairs, wood floors sanded and refinished upstairs, freshly painted cabinets, new flooring throughout the home, new toilets, new carpet in bedrooms, living room etc.
The backyard was next!
A large pond that had been neglected needed to be filled in with our excavator but after doing so the other side of the yard revealed a huge hidden hole of mass trash buried that required addional excavator work. But now! Finally after all that the home is beautifully livable and ready to invite new people in to make memories, hopefully the next family treats it like a home. 💙🏡

First commercial roof completed. 9 days to complete with only one other guy working with him. He sent me this this morning, so proud of this husband of mine. One down & one more to go!

Damascus house is nearly done. New trim all around, new carpet, wall paint. Beautiful new overhang for the deck, whitewashed fireplace, new bathroom update (walls, shower/tub/cabinet etc.)
