From planning in early 2025, to breaking ground in December, to windows and roofing installed last week — this project is finally taking shape.
This major transformation includes an 800 SF addition and a full renovation of the existing 1,500 SF first floor. Over 40’ of the rear wall was removed and replaced with a complex structural steel system totaling more than 12,000 lbs to create the open-concept layout our clients envisioned.
The home features custom quartz, triple-pane aluminum windows and doors, along with a high-performance exterior assembly utilizing continuous insulation and James Hardie board and batten siding.
After months of structural planning and ex*****on, we’re excited to finally move into interior finishes.
Huge thank you to all of our trade partners for the incredible craftsmanship throughout this build.
