Hood is proud to celebrate the ribbon cutting of Mount Pleasant Waterworks' new Fleet & Facilities Center!

This new facility features heavy-duty and light-duty maintenance bays, a fabrication bay, administrative offices, and integrated support spaces, all designed to boost operational efficiency and keep MPW's growing fleet running strong.

It was a pleasure partnering with Mount Pleasant Waterworks, DP3 Architects, and RMF Engineering on this project.

Last week, we kicked off demolition with MUSC Health Columbia Medical Center Northeast for the expansion of their Labor & Delivery Unit.

Located on the second floor adjacent to the L&D Unit we completed in 2024, this expansion will provide additional Labor and Delivery rooms and dedicated C-Section Suite, continuing our commitment to supporting the patients and staff of MUSC. Stay tuned for demo updates with Goodwyn Mills Cawood.

At York, our team is modernizing and repurposing the 19,176 SF student center, allowing it to be continued as the main hub for campus activities, classes, and more. Currently we're wrapping up demolition and continuing to work through framing walls and MEP wall rough-ins.
