WE’RE HIRING — JUNIOR STEEL DETAILER

DB Welding and Fabrication LLC is looking for a detail-oriented person to help turn project plans and field measurements into shop drawings for our fabrication crew.

We fabricate and install structural steel, stairs, railings, and other custom metalwork.

What we’re looking for:
• Basic CAD experience and ability to read construction drawings
• Strong math and measurement skills
• Good organization and attention to detail
• Willingness to learn and communicate with our shop and field crews

Experience with Advance Steel, AutoCAD, or Fusion 360 is a plus. A background in welding, fabrication, or construction is helpful.

Pay based on experience and skills, with room to grow.
