The first pre-licensing course offered by the South Carolina Manufactured Housing School of Licensing has been scheduled.

Date: June 6, 2020
Time: 9:00AM - 4:00PM
Location: 829 Meeting Pl, Aiken, SC 29803

We will only be accepting ten people in this course due to social distancing efforts. Should the class fill up we will offer another class in June.

Important Information

This course is required by the South Carolina Manufactured Housing Board. They will not issue you a license without proof of completion of this course.
This is a one day course for dealers and salespeople.
Registration Deadline is 5PM the day before the course.
Registration MUST BE paid prior to attending the course. You may pay at the door.
Bring your Picture ID with you.
